I accept a limited number of clients to ensure every pet receives my full attention. Because of this, cancellations impact my ability to serve others.
STANDARD POLICY
If you cancel...
10+ days before stay: Full refund or credit toward a future booking.
One week to 9 days before stay: 50% refund
Less than one week before stay: Non-refundable
Early returns: No refunds for early returns or late departures once the booking has begun.
Emergency exceptions: I understand life happens. I’ll review exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Your home, pets, personal property, and personal information are treated with the highest level of discretion and care. I understand the enormous amount of trust required to leave your pets with a sitter. Your peace of mind is my top priority. I hold the utmost respect for your privacy and remain committed to providing an excellent service.
My Client Commitment:
I will never share personal information gathered from my website for any reason.
I will never invite or allow anyone else inside your home during a pet sit.
I will not share your address, home details, or pet information with anyone except for emergency contacts you’ve approved.
I will follow your security protocols exactly as you outline them, including alarm systems, door codes, gated entry procedures, and key handling.
I will lock all doors and windows whenever leaving (if applicable) and secure the property each night.
I will avoid photographing or posting any part of your home or property online.
I will respect all private areas of the home as indicated during our initial meeting.
I maintain professional pet-sitting insurance, providing an added layer of protection for both you and your home.
